Hey there! I'm Lashon Smith

Born in Las Vegas, Nevada. I was raised in a family of seven - five sisters, one brother, and my mother. At 11, I moved to Sun Valley, Idaho, where I attended Middle and High School. At 18 years old, I moved to Santa Barbara, CA, where I pursued an education in Communications at Santa Barbara City College. These academic lessons served as the stepping stones and foundation for my career. After 2 years at SBCC, I relocated to Ridgewood, NY to pursue a motivational speaking and leadership career. Here, I channeled my workaholic tendencies and discovered my passion for being a part of something greater than myself. After 1 year of fine-tuning my skills in New York, I relocated to San Francisco, CA, and decided to commit to a personal career growth plan. Within 5 years, I exceeded my goals and completely changed my lifestyle. Wanting more and driven by success, I took a leap of faith and departed from San Francisco in December 2021 to Scottsdale, AZ. Beating adversity and conquering new challenges, I accomplished my career plan in Arizona within 1 year.
